Aviation Engineer, ATC and Ground Jobs: 13 Open Positions

Thirteen aircraft maintenance, air traffic control, ground handling and airline service roles were open when checked on 6 November 2026, in the UAE, Qatar, Germany, Ireland, Canada, the Netherlands, Poland and the US. Licenses, controller training rules, employers and pay are covered in the aviation jobs beyond the cockpit directory; this list is checked regularly.

The engineering ads ask for a specific license and aircraft type, so they are grouped by region and license system. Canadian ads state pay and closing dates; the Gulf and European engineering ads state no pay. The ground and service roles at the end need no aviation license but usually require local work rights.

Ads left out, and what genuine ads ask applicants to pay

Several roles found during research had closed. NAV CANADA’s controller intake closed on 31 October 2026, Airservices Australia’s trainee round on 11 May 2026, and a EUROCONTROL system controller ad on 24 September 2026. NATS controller and assistant ads were closed, SIA Engineering’s Kuala Lumpur walk-in was marked filled, and Kenya Airways’ technician ad expired on 9 September 2026. An agency ad for Lufthansa Technik in Munich, posted in March 2025, and an IndiGo ground staff drive from November 2024 were too old to list. An agency copy of an SIA Engineering licensed engineer ad was removed because the employer’s own page says the position is filled, and a G4S security ad at Heathrow posted in March 2026 was removed as too old.

None of the ads above asks for a fee. Emirates Group’s recruitment fraud notice says any offer asking for money for travel, visas or work permits is fake, and that genuine messages come only from @emirates.com and @dnata.com addresses. That covers dnata ground roles as well as Emirates Engineering.
