Agents at outsourcing firms: six roles

Team leads and managers: three roles

Call Center Manager, OYA Microcredit, Nairobi, Kenya

It asks for a degree and at least three years leading a contact center, ideally in microfinance, fintech or telecoms. Applicants email a CV only with the job title as subject, per the MyJobMag Kenya listing.

Customer Support Team Lead, Moniepoint, Lagos, Nigeria

Posted 5 November 2026; deadline and salary not stated. The fintech wants five to seven years in customer support, at least two of them supervising shift-based teams, ideally in banking or digital services. It requires a bachelor’s degree and NYSC completion or exemption, and willingness to work weekends and public holidays. Applications go through Moniepoint’s Greenhouse page, linked from the MyJobMag Nigeria listing.

Call Centre Team Manager, Nutun, Sandton, South Africa

Posted 1 November 2026; closing date and salary not stated. The collections team manager role asks for a diploma or degree in finance, law or a related field and four to six years in credit control or debt collection. At least two of those years must be as a senior collector, team leader or acting supervisor, with banking, retail credit or telecoms experience an advantage. See the PNet listing.

Closing first: 28 November and 4 December 2026

Only two ads give a firm end date: OYA Microcredit closes applications on 28 November and the Majorel Tallinn listing expires on 4 December. The other twelve state no closing date, and outsourcers in particular close intakes without notice once a training class is full.

Several ads require local work rights rather than offering sponsorship. Majorel asks for a permit to work in Estonia and Tesla for a German work permit, so check eligibility before applying from abroad. EU citizens already have the right to work in Estonia, Germany and the Czech Republic.

Before you apply: fees and fake recruiters

Call center hiring is a common cover for recruitment scams, especially offers of “direct hire” overseas seats that ask for a processing or training fee. The Kenyan MyJobMag ads carry a standing warning never to pay for notarization, certificates or assessments. Real outsourcers recruit through their own careers sites or named job boards, and they do not charge applicants to attend training.

Be wary of recruiters who move the conversation to a personal email address or messaging app before any interview. In multilingual European hubs, many legitimate ads come from agencies acting for an unnamed client; ask which company and city the contract is with before sending identity documents.
